ORDER AND CONFIRMATION:

Once we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation by email. When the goods are packaged and shipped from our warehouse we will send your invoice also by email. We recommend that you save the order confirmation and invoice for any further submissions.

 

PAYMENT:

When you use your credit card, you pay in the billing moment, that is not until the dispatch of the goods. You can never be charged more than the amount you have approved and included in the order confirmation. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro.

 

FREIGHT:

Denmark: All orders are sent as packets. You pay DKK 75 in freight and delivery charge for orders under DKK 600. For orders over DKK 600  we deliver free of cost and freight.

We charge a fee of DKK 130 for packages not collected at the post office.


Sweden: All orders are sent as packets. You pay SEK 90 in freight and delivery charge for orders under SEK 800. For orders over SEK 800 we deliver free of cost and freight.

We charge a fee of SEK 150 for packages not collected at the post office.

Norway: All orders are sent as packets. You pay NOK 90 in freight and delivery charge for orders under NOK 700. For orders over NOK 700 we deliver free of cost and freight.

We charge a fee of NOK 150 for packages not collected at the post office.

Finland: All orders are sent as packets. You pay 10 Euro in freight and delivery charge for orders under 95 Euro. For orders over 95 Euro we deliver free of cost and freight.

We charge a fee of 18 Euro for packages not collected at the post office.

EU countries outside Scandinavia: All orders are sent as packets. You pay 20 Euro in freight and delivery charge for orders under 130 Euro. For orders over 130 Euro we deliver free of cost and freight. We charge a fee of 18 Euro for packages not collected at the post office.
 

DELIVERY:

We ship your products with PostDanmark.

We always try to dispatch your products within 4 working days after receipt of order. In case of longer delivery time we will contact you by email. If you are not home by postal delivery, you can collect the goods at the post office.

 

Special circumstances:

To our Norwegian customers:

Due to customs authorities in Norway a longer delivery time must be expected. We always try to deliver within 2 weeks. We take care of custom clearance.

 

Delivery outside EU (except Norway):

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

Our web shop is updated daily and sold out goods will therefore only rarely occur. In case a product is sold out, we will inform you by e-mail. There will be no draw on your credit card for sold out products. Sold out products are not resent.

 

RETURN:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Download the returns form, fill it out and send it to us along with the product to the address stated on the returns form. You pay the return freight.

 

Please note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

 

The items returned must be in their original condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with hang-label intact.  All goods will be inspected on return. Shoeboxes cannot be used as transit packaging. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / color if preferred.

CLAIM:

If a delivered product is damaged or otherwise defective, please download the complaint form, fill it out and send it to us together with the defective product. Mark the package with “CLAIM”. We will evaluate the product and if defective, we will then send a new product to you for free. We will refund postage equal to ordinary postal tariff rates. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. If the product is sold out, we will instead return the originally amount to your account.

We make reservations for typing mistakes, price changes, sold out goods and picture errors.
