RETURN:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item(s) to us in their
original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Download the returns form, fill it out and send it to us along with the product to the address
stated on the returns form. You pay the return freight.
Please note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing
perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
We will be unable to accept the return of items where there is evidence that these instructions
have not been followed.
The items returned must be in their original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and with hang-label intact.
All goods will be inspected on return. Shoeboxes cannot be used as transit packaging.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.
We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / color if preferred.

CLAIM:
If a delivered product is damaged or otherwise defective, please download the complaint form,
fill it out and send it to us together with the defective product.
Mark the package with “CLAIM”.
We will evaluate the product and if defective, we will then send a new product to you for free.
We will refund postage equal to ordinary postal tariff rates.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.
If the product is sold out, we will instead return the originally amount to your account.
