ORDER AND CONFIRMATION:

Once we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation by email.

When the goods are packaged and shipped from our warehouse we will send your invoice also by email.

We recommend that you save the order confirmation and invoice for any further submissions.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

Our web shop is updated daily and sold out goods will therefore only rarely occur.
In case a product is sold out, we will inform you by e-mail.
There will be no draw on your credit card for sold out products.
Sold out products are not resent.
