Which countries do you deliver in?

As of right now we only deliver to the following countries:

  • Denmark
  • Sweden
  • Norway
  • Finland
  • Lithuania
  • Estonia
  • Latvia

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards:

  • Dankort
  • Visa
  • Visa Elektron
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro

When can I expect my package to arrive?

We use GLS when shipping orders. We always strive to dispatch orders within 2 business days after recieving an order. If this is not so, we will contact you by e-mail, and let you know when you can expect your order to be dispatched.

 How much do I have to pay in shipping fee?

Shipping is free if the order is above 80€. There will be shipping fee if the full amount is below 80€. Handling fee is included in this amount.

If the order are not picked up at the beforehand selected point of distribution, the orders will be sent back to us and you will be charged with another shipping fee, if a second delivery attempt is chosen.

How do I return products?

Should you regret having bought a product, you have the right to return it within 14 days of the purchase, and get all of your money back. Download our return form below and send it to us fully filled out, together with the product.

NOTE: Be sure not to wear any perfume, cosmetics, aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on your clothes, when you try it on. We will not be able to accept returned goods, which has been mistreated in any way.

The products must be unused and in original packaging and with price tag intact and still attached. All goods will be inspected when received. Shoe boxes should not be used as a shipping container, and must be sent back in the same condition as received.
We do not accept packages sent by COD. It is your responsibility that any returned products reach us in a good condition. We will refund the amount to your bank account or send you a different size / color, if you prefer this instead.

Right of complaint

If your product is damaged or otherwise defect/faulty, please download the complaint form below and send it to us fully completed together with the product.

Mark the package with "CLAIMS".

We will inspect the product and if defective we will then send a new item to you, free of course. We will refund postage equal to the normal rate. We do not accept packages sent by COD. If the product is sold out, we will refund the full amount paid, to your bank account.

NOTE: It is your responsibility that any products reach us in a good condition.

Do you get the product in stock again?

Some of our products can return for the next season. These products are usually some of our classic products, which we keep in stock every season to accomodate our customers needs. If new products become very popular, we will strive to renew our stock as fast as possible. We always try to return sold out products, if there is a demand for them.
